
Lisa began her wellness journey after an injury kept her from running. With a background in dance, yoga seemed like an accessible way to stretch and recover, but quickly transformed into a passion and way of life.


Lisa completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and has since completed additional trainings in restorative yoga, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, pilates, and is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Practitioner. Her teaching style is heavily influenced by her years of dance.
Lisa's movement classes offer a balance between a challenging, strength-based flow and an opportunity for students to slow down and look within themselves all while providing an open, explorative and accessible environment for all levels; while reiki sessions offer a space for relaxation, restoration and a space to heal.
